These terms apply to this website, operated by Pathy LLC under the Pathy brand. In these terms, “Pathy,” “we,” and “us” refer to Pathy LLC. They explain the permitted use of the website and how information on it relates to potential services. Contact carlos@pathy.cc with questions.

Please use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Our privacy policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled, and our acceptable use policy describes prohibited activity.

Pathy offers assistance with Microsoft 365, AWS and Azure environments and networks, as well as custom applications and automation. Descriptions on this website are general information. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve availability, authorize access to your systems, or place an order.

Before paid work begins, the parties must agree in writing on the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, and applicable terms. Any signed service agreement takes priority over these website terms for that engagement.

Support hours, response times, monitoring, backups, recovery, and ongoing maintenance are included only when expressly agreed. This website does not offer an emergency response service or a service level guarantee.

This website does not take payments or sell subscriptions through an online checkout. Project fees, payment schedules, taxes, and any third-party cloud or software costs will be set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Before any subscription order, the relevant commitment period, renewal terms, cancellation window, and refund terms must be confirmed in writing. Cloud usage charges and vendor subscription commitments can continue after a project ends or an application is no longer used. Do not assume a monthly invoice means a monthly cancellation right.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the applicable written agreement, vendor terms, and mandatory law. Nothing on this website removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, Amazon Web Services, AWS, and other product names belong to their respective owners. Pathy is an independent service provider. A product reference does not by itself indicate certification, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Cloud platforms, licenses, and other third-party products are subject to their providers’ agreements, acceptable use rules, pricing, and availability. Any resale or provisioning arrangement is subject to the necessary vendor or distributor authorization. We cannot make warranties or commitments on another provider’s behalf.

External links are provided for convenience. The relevant provider is responsible for its own website, products, and terms.

Provide accurate information when contacting us, and share only material that you have the right to disclose. Do not send credentials, secrets, payment information, or sensitive personal information through an initial email inquiry.

Any work in a cloud account, network, or application requires authorization from its owner or authorized administrator. Access permissions, data handling, backups, and change approval must be agreed as part of the engagement.

You may view this website and share links to it for legitimate personal or business purposes. Pathy and its licensors retain their rights in original website content, branding, and design. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.

Do not reproduce substantial website content commercially, misuse the Pathy name, or imply an affiliation without permission. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law permits without permission.

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change or contain errors. Confirm technical recommendations, availability, and commercial details directly before relying on them. General website content is not a substitute for an assessment of your environment.

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information where the law permits that exclusion.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or changes the obligations in a signed service agreement.

We may update the website and these terms. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date and apply prospectively. Changes here do not amend a signed client agreement.
